How well are you equipped to face your life?

No matter how prepared you are to tackle life with your existing skill set, it will always throw unexpected challenges your way. Even in the slow and monotonous moments, life can resemble a drama movie that keeps you on the edge with its unexpected plot twists.

These surprises often manifest as unforeseen events when we least anticipate them. Just when we believe we are ready to confront adversity and plan for what lies ahead, life has a way of throwing us a curveball that can feel like a rug being pulled from under our feet.
